Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks an experienced RN Clinical Perioperative Nurse to provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in the operating room. You will apply the nursing process and collaborate with the surgical team to plan and deliver care.

Ideal candidates hold BSN or diploma, an active RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and at least 5 years of direct patient care. You will mentor staff, participate in improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing the nursing process—including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking.
• Delivering individualized care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with patients and families.
