Job summary

The Staff Pad partners with a premier regional healthcare organization in Wausau, WI, seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) who are looking for more than just a job - looking for a place to grow and build their career.

New Graduate RNs are welcome and will receive the training and support needed to build confidence and succeed, while Experienced RNs can advance into Charge RN, Preceptor, or specialty roles in Med-Surg, Telemetry, and other units.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact eligibility, along with BLS certification.
• New Graduate RNs are welcome and will receive training and support to build confidence and succeed.
• Experienced RNs are valued for their expertise and given opportunities to grow while working with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Build clinical skills while caring for diverse patient populations within the assigned unit.
• Work with supportive colleagues and engaged leadership in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
• Explore opportunities for career advancement, including pathways to Charge RN, Preceptor, or specialty roles.
