The Staff Pad partners with a premier regional healthcare organization in Wausau, WI, seeking compassionate Registered Nurses who want growth and a lasting career. Openings across Med-Surg, Telemetry and other units, with Full-Time schedules (Days or Nights).

New grads welcome and experienced RNs valued for autonomy, mentorship, and career advancement in a high-tech, patient-focused environment. You'll receive comprehensive orientation, flexible 12-hour shifts, and a supportive leadership team

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact eligibility with BLS certification.
• Commitment to patient safety and teamwork.
• New Graduate RNs are welcome and will receive training and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across units as assigned.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
