UF Health in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process and standards of practice. The RN may serve as charge nurse when assigned and remains accountable for assigned patients, with delegation to techs and aides as needed.

Candidates should have an Associate's Degree with a BSN preferred, and must hold or be eligible for Florida licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN required within three years of hire or transfer.
• Current employees hired before Aug 1, 2013 are grandfathered.
• Preferred: BSN degree.
• Valid Florida nursing license or eligibility letter.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process and standards of practice.
• Perform all staff nurse activities and function as charge nurse when assigned.
• Maintain accountability for assigned patients, with delegation to others as appropriate.
• Coordinate with members of the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
