Job summary

The RN will perform staff nurse duties and may serve as charge nurse when assigned, maintaining accountability for all assigned patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Required education: Associate's Degree.
• New hires must obtain a BSN within three years of hire or transfer.
• Preferred education: BSN.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process and standards of practice.
• Perform all staff nurse activities and function as charge nurse when assigned.
• Maintain accountability for assigned patients and adapt tasks as needed for age/development.
