Job summary

White Glove Placement New York is seeking an experienced Travel RN to join a high-acuity MICU/Stepdown team in Connecticut for a 13-week assignment. You will work 3x12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a 36-hour guaranteed schedule, with patient ratios ranging from 3:1 in SDU to 1:1–2:1 in ICU.

Orientation is 16 hours and housing and benefits are included in travel packages. Minimum requirements include an active CT RN license, 2+ years of critical care experience, ACLS/BLS/NIHSS, and

Job description

Take your critical care experience to a high-acuity MICU and stepdown setting with a 13-week travel assignment. This role offers consistent 3x12-hour day shifts and the opportunity to care for complex patients while supporting both stepdown and ICU coverage.

Position Highlights

• Call: None

• Floating: PCU, other ICUs, and another campus as needed

• Unit: 56-bed high-acuity MICU/Stepdown

• Charting: Epic

• Orientation: 16 hours, non-billable

• Local Candidates: Not accepted; candidates within 75 miles are considered local

• First-time travelers accepted

• COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required

• Flu Vaccine: Required, no exemptions

Minimum Requirements
