Job summary

White Glove Placement, Inc. seeks an experienced RN for a 13-week travel assignment in a high-acuity MICU/Stepdown setting, with 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) and a 36-hour guarantee.

You will cover CCU/ICU, manage arterial lines and ventilated patients, and work across SDU/ICU with Epic charting. CT license required, 2+ years CCU experience, ACLS/BLS/NIHSS, and isolation precautions. First-time travelers welcome; local candidates excluded.

Job description

Take your critical care experience to a high-acuity MICU and stepdown setting with a 13-week travel assignment. This role offers consistent 3x12-hour day shifts and the opportunity to care for complex patients while supporting both stepdown and ICU coverage.

Position Highlights

• Guaranteed Schedule: 36 hours/week

• Patient Ratio: 3:1 in SDU; ICU assignments may range from 1:1 to 2:1

• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend

• Call: None

• Floating: PCU, other ICUs, and another campus as needed

• Unit: 56-bed high-acuity MICU/Stepdown

• Charting: Epic

• Orientation: 16 hours, non-billable

• Local Candidates: Not accepted; candidates within 75 miles are considered local

• First-time travelers accepted

• COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required

• Flu Vaccine: Required, no exemptions

Minimum Requirements

• Active CT RN License
