Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks registered nurses for Salem Hospital, an affiliate, to provide high-quality patient care within a dynamic nursing team. Nurses will manage the full nursing process and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient- and family-centered care.

The role requires MA RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certification, and a focus on compassionate, flexible patient care across age groups.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• BLS/ACLS required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the nursing process and delivery of patient- and family-centered care.
• Request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts as needed.
• Provide care appropriate to the age of the patients in the assigned department.
