Methodist Hospital Specialty and Transplant in San Antonio is seeking a Cath Holding Registered Nurse to uphold high-quality, efficient patient care in a demanding, collaborative environment.

You will apply the nursing process, work with the care team to improve outcomes, and maintain professionalism in all interactions. The role is integral to our surgical and transplant services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree nursing program.
• Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Texas or Multi-State Compact with Texas license required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• You will consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients.
• You will collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
• You will provide communication, confidence, and professionalism as evidenced by active engagement in unit and organizational activities.
• You will demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the patient care team.
• You will have accountability for delivering quality nursing care services and for promoting a positive image of nursing

We are seeking a Cath Holding Registered Nurse for Methodist Specialty & Transplant Hospitalto ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:

What qualifications you will need:

• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 60 days of hire date)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
