Interim HealthCare is currently in search of a Home Health Registered Nurse Case Manager who wants to experience nursing on a whole new level, where care is personal, and the perks are exceptional. The RN Case Manager is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community. The RN Case Manager will be based out of our Keene, New Hampshire office and will service the towns in the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire. If you share our passion for patient-centered care, you are made for this!

Pay: $36-$40/hour

Location: Greater Keene Area

Hours: Part time 12 hours weekly Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (Flexible days if desired!)

Job Requirements of the Registered Nurse Case Manager:

  • Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire
  • Nursing experience required
  • Recent wound care experience preferred but is not required
  • Current CPR BLS Certification required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
  • Reliable transportation

*A Sign on Bonus of $5,000 is offered to RN Case Managers that have two years of current nursing experience working at least 30 hours per week. After 90 days of employment, 20% of the sign on bonus will be paid out. The remaining sign on bonus will be paid after 6 months of employment.
