St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for Care Coordination at our Fort Thomas, Kentucky hospital. This 32-hour weekly, first-shift role combines patient flow management with interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure safe transitions and quality outcomes.

You will partner with patients, families and the care team to optimize length of stay and care coordination in a compliant, compassionate environment. RN licensure in the primary state and a BSN or related degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field from an accredited school.
• RN license in the primary state of residence; compact licensure eligibility.
• 2 years’ experience in acute care preferred.
