LRSolutions, LLC in Great Falls, MT is seeking a CVICU RN for the night shift to join our inpatient critical care team. You will deliver high-acuity nursing care for cardiovascular patients on the CVICU, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and precise documentation.

The role involves managing advanced cardiac support devices, ventilators, CRRT, and line care, while maintaining optimal nurse-to-patient ratios and adherence to evidence-based care plans.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (RN license required).
• Experience in critical care, with cardiovascular surgery patients preferred.
• Active MT RN license or compact eligibility; ACLS/BLS required; PALS within 6 months.

We have partnered closely with a prominent regional healthcare system to secure a full-time, dedicated nursing professional for their inpatient critical care services division. We are currently seeking an experienced CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a specialized clinical team on the night shift. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, direct clinical care to medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients requiring advanced physiological monitoring from admission through discharge.
• Manage and operate advanced cardiac and life-support equipment, including mechanical ventilators, central lines, arterial lines, multiple titration IV pumps, and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT).
• Monitor and manage patients utilizing advanced cardiac assist devices, such as intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP) and Impella pumps.
• Serve as a clinical leader on the floor, providing direction and collaborative support to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary hospital staff.
• Collaborate closely with Providers, Charge Nurses, and nurse leadership to implement evidence-based care plans and thorough discharge planning.
• Maintain meticulous, timely electronic documentation of patient status, interventions, and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred).
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Montana (or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility).
• Certifications: Core certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are required. Must complete PALS courses within 6 months of hire. EPNC and TNCC certifications are preferred; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is also noted as preferred on qualifications.
• Required Experience: Proven post-graduate clinical practice in an advanced Medical/Surgical unit coupled with recent Critical Care/ICU nursing experience specifically involving cardiovascular surgery patients.
• Preferred Experience: 1 to 2 years of dedicated Cardiac Surgical ICU experience is strongly preferred. Hands-on clinical familiarity with Impella pumps, cardiac balloon pumps, and CRRT equipment is preferred.
• Core Skills: Advanced nursing principles and procedures, proficiency with basic office equipment, use of multiple IV pumps, and ability to operate advanced medical equipment.
