Your Talent Team in Great Falls, MT is seeking a CVICU RN for night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). This full-time, on-site role offers a compensation range of $115,000–$125,000 and a 3x12s schedule.

The ideal candidate has an ADN or BSN, MT RN licensure, BLS/ACLS with PALS within 6 months, and ICU/Cardiac experience. You’ll work with advanced cardiac devices, CRRT, and a supportive team focused on patient safety and quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active Montana RN license (or compact/endorsement).
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 6 months; EPNC/TNCC preferred.
• 1–2 years ICU/CCU experience with cardiovascular surgery patients preferred.
• Strong skills in advanced nursing principles, IV pumps, and operation of advanced medical equipment.

Location: Great Falls, Montana

We have partnered closely with a prominent regional healthcare system to secure a full-time, dedicated nursing professional for their inpatient critical care services division. We are currently seeking an experienced CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a specialized clinical team on the night shift. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, direct clinical care to medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients requiring advanced physiological monitoring from admission through discharge.
• Manage and operate advanced cardiac and life-support equipment, including mechanical ventilators, central lines, arterial lines, multiple titration IV pumps, and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT).
• Monitor and manage patients utilizing advanced cardiac assist devices, such as intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP) and Impella pumps.
• Serve as a clinical leader on the floor, providing direction and collaborative support to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary hospital staff.
• Collaborate closely with Providers, Charge Nurses, and nurse leadership to implement evidence-based care plans and thorough discharge planning.
• Maintain meticulous, timely electronic documentation of patient status, interventions, and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred).
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Montana (or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility).
• Certifications: Core certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are required. Must complete PALS courses within 6 months of hire. EPNC and TNCC certifications are preferred; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is also noted as preferred on qualifications.
• Required Experience: Proven post-graduate clinical practice in an advanced Medical/Surgical unit coupled with recent Critical Care/ICU nursing experience specifically involving cardiovascular surgery patients.
• Preferred Experience: 1 to 2 years of dedicated Cardiac Surgical ICU experience is strongly preferred. Hands-on clinical familiarity with Impella pumps, cardiac balloon pumps, and CRRT equipment is preferred.
• Core Skills: Advanced nursing principles and procedures, proficiency with basic office equipment, use of multiple IV pumps, and ability to operate advanced medical equipment.
