The Cardiac Pulmonary Rehab Nurse Specialist is a RN who provides care to adult and geriatric, cardiac and/or pulmonary patients in the area of telemetry monitoring, exercise, education and psychosocial support. This position collaborates with other disciplines in the assessment, implementation, development and evaluation of care plans and outcomes.
