Job summary

Premier Health’s Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Telemetry Unit. The role supports patients and families with physical, emotional, and spiritual care, working within an inter-professional team to promote safe outcomes.

The RN will use the nursing process, maintain professionalism, and comply with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and relevant standards. BSN preferred, sign-on bonus offered. Shift: Full Time 7pm–7:30am, 72 hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Ohio RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• No prior job-related work experience.
