Job summary

MedStar Health is seeking Registered Nurses for Full-Time and Part-Time Night Shift positions at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center. You will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex—while monitoring evolving conditions and coordinating care with the nursing team.

Active MD RN license (or compact state) and BLS are required, with opportunities to advance proficiency in ACLS and contribute to a growing cardiac

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).

Unit Highlights

Accommodates 48 beds

Operates 12-hour straight shifts

Emphasis on cardiac care, contributing to the new cardiac program at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center

Assistance provided to attain proficiency in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex.
