Job summary

SMG HSHS St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Cath Lab team. This full-time position covers days 7am-3:30pm with on-call requirements monthly and focuses on cardiovascular procedures with a patient-centered approach.

Ideal candidates will have a nursing degree (BSN preferred) and current RN licensure in Wisconsin. Critical Care experience is preferred, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications may be required depending on patient population.

Pay Range and Compensation

Pay Range: $36.50 - $55.50 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. HSHS St. Mary's Hospital is seeking a RN to join the Cath Lab team. Ideal candidates are patient focused mission driven individuals providing high-quality, specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.

• Core Function: Nursing
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Days 7am-3:30pm Monday to Friday, 9-10 days of on call monthly
• Facility: St. Mary's Hospital

Education Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required. Bachelor’s of science in nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
• Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required based on the patient population in the specialty area worked.
• Specialty certifications based on patient population such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) are preferred.
