The position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established standards. Educate patients and families on illness management, medication, and post-treatment care. Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develop and communicate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, considering patients' physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs. Utilize critical nursing skills to evaluate patient needs and ensure a safe environment.
Must have RN licensure with a Nursing Diploma, Associate’s, or higher degree. No prior experience required; however, less than two years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree are preferred. Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills are essential.
