Provides direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in a Cardiac Stepdown unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.

Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, participates in safety and quality initiatives, develops and communicates individualized care plans, and uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and barriers.
