Sanford Health's Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND, seeks a positive, compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced, tech-enabled team. You will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with physicians to support families while advancing your nursing career.

A Bachelor’s in nursing is preferred and an unencumbered RN license is required; multistate licensure is acceptable in NLC states. Rotating shift, full-time (36 hours weekly) with a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unencumbered RN license with state board of nursing or multistate license in NLC states.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Department Details

Broadway 2E ICU is an 18-bed critical care unit specializing in the management of life

threatening illnesses such as sepsis, respiratory failure, organ failure, and complex post-surgical

cases, with a strong emphasis on oncologic surgical patients. Nurses gain valuable experience

caring for bone marrow and kidney transplant patients while advancing their skills in

technology-driven care, evolving treatments, and rapid clinical decision-making in

collaboration with an expert multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
