MultiCare Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Birth Center in Spokane Valley. This position features 12-hour night shifts and a 0.9 FTE schedule within a hospital-based team focused on family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; RN license in WA or multi-state licensure.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP as required.
• 1 year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
