Registered Nurse - RN - Bethany LTC - FT Evenings/Nights

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Bethany LTC in Brainerd, MN. We are a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of dedicated service to seniors in a Christian environment.

Position Details:

• Facility: GSS MN Brainerd Bethany
• Location: 804 Wright St, Brainerd, MN 56401
• Shift: 12-hour evening shifts, including every third weekend and holiday
• Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours/week
• Salary Range: $38 - $48/hour
• Benefits: Sign-on bonus, weekend and shift incentives, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off

Job Summary: The RN utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized resident care, collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams, and may serve as charge nurse. Responsibilities include resident assessment, education, care coordination, and delegation within scope of practice.

Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred; valid RN license in Minnesota or multistate license if applicable; required competencies and certifications maintained.
