• Help define standards of excellence for patient care and participate in improvements.
• Teach and direct non-nursing personnel for clinical oversight.
• Participate in orientation of medical assistant and nursing staff.
• Interpret hospital and departmental policies to health team members.
• Provide input regarding unit needs to the Group Practice Administrator.
