Avon Health Center in Connecticut is seeking a dynamic RN Charge Nurse/Backup Supervisor for the 3-11 shift. This full-time position (32 hours per week) requires a team player with professionalism and attention to detail to support our resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include serving as charge nurse on evenings, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality care. CT RN license required; SNF/LTC experience preferred. Competitive hourly pay with shift and weekend differentials.

$38.00 - 45.00 /hour DOE ($43-$50 when Supervising DOE)

PLUS $2.50 Shift Differential

PLUS $6.25 - $9.37 per hour for pick up shifts!

$1.50 weekend differential

Includes every other weekend and every other holidayust
