Job summary

Avon Health Center is seeking a dynamic FULL TIME RN Charge Nurse/Backup Supervisor for the 11-7 shift. This 32-hour/week role requires a team player who is enthusiastic, professional and detail-oriented to provide exceptional resident care in a Medicare 5-Star rated facility.

Requirements include an active Connecticut RN license and the ability to cover every other weekend; prior nursing home experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unrestricted Connecticut RN license in good standing.
• Prior Nursing Home experience preferred.
• Must be able to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and resident care during the 11 PM–7 AM shift.
• Ensure quality of care and accurate documentation.
