Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Casual positions available
• Start Pay: $36.06 per hour
• Shifts: AM, PM, or Night shifts available
• Shift Differential for PM and Night Shifts
• Eligible for Sign-On Bonus of up to $2,000
• Earn up to $1250 for referrals — refer friends or family members!

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet residents' needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, administering and monitoring medications, documenting care, and ensuring the delivery of person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota
• Active CPR (BLS Healthcare) certification
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Commitment to quality outcomes and compassionate care
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidentiality
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and adapt to change
