We Are Hiring
  • Department: Operating Room (Surgery)
  • Schedule: Full-time, Evening shift (1:00 pm - 9:00 pm EST)
  • Facility: St. Agnes Hospital
  • Location: Baltimore, MD
  • Salary: $45.97 - $62.20 per hour
What You Will Do

Supervise, coordinate, and provide leadership while directing activities of associates.

  • Assess daily patient access needs and ensure that appropriate patient care is provided.
  • Oversee all aspects of nursing department operations.
  • Deliver quality patient care and implement clinical objectives.
  • Delegate duties to clinical staff based on their skills and abilities, maintaining proficiency through ongoing monitoring.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to ensure processes are current and followed.
  • Participate in quality initiatives, audits, and improvement plans.
  • Conduct hiring, training, development, and evaluation of staff.
What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month (30 days) of hire or transfer, accepted from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Registered Nurse credential from the Maryland Board of Nursing prior to hire or transfer.

Education:

  • Required professional licensure/certification and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
