Job summary

Atrium Centers Blossom Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking RN or LPN candidates to deliver direct resident care, following individualized care plans in a 115-bed facility. Roles include day and night shifts with 12-hour blocks to support comprehensive resident needs.

Responsibilities cover medication administration, treatments, supervision of CNAs, and ensuring compliance with state rules and clinical standards while prioritizing resident safety and dignity in daily care.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset.
• Passion for improving the lives of residents.
