An established industry player in healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for their Ambulatory Endoscopy unit. Registered Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory Endoscopy Inpatient and Outpatient
Full Time - Day Shift, Monday - Friday - 10 hour shifts
1 Saturday every 5-6 weeks. Shift is 9:00am - 7:30pm
1 on-call shift per month (Must live within 30 minutes from clinic)
Orientation is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
Candidate Preferences: 1 year of nursing experience required preferably in a procedural environment. Strong IV skills preferred. Ability to multitask in a fast paced endoscopy unit. This position will mainly consist of inpatient & outpatient procedures.
Must have ACLS or need to obtain cert within 1 year.

Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
BSN preferred. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. BLS Cert.
