Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30
Primary Patient Population (60%) – Surgical Oncology
- Pre-operative and post-operative care for patients with solid tumors:
- Including but not limited to Gynecologic (GYN) cancers, Gastrointestinal (GI) cancers, and Head and Neck (ENT) cancers
- Progressive care/step-down level monitoring and interventions
- Pain management, wound care, drain care, and post-surgical recovery support
Secondary Patient Population (30%) – Medical Oncology
- Care of patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and/or radiation therapy
- Symptom management for cancer-related complications
- Supportive care for patients with advanced or metastatic disease
Tertiary Patient Population (10%) – General Medical/Surgical
- Patients requiring intermediate care in an acute setting non-related to underlying malignancies
We’re Looking For
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Cardiac RN experience preferred
What You’ll Do
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
