Job description

BAYADA Home Health has a Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity available for Full-Time Weekend Admissions, Assessments, and Visits across Davidson, Randolph, and Chatham counties.*

Position Details:

1. Full-time weekend role performing Start of Cares, Evaluations, and some visits.
2. Home Health and OASIS experience required.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow care plans tailored to patient needs.
2. Make home visits within designated areas.
3. Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments.
4. Monitor client conditions and report changes.
5. Follow doctors' orders and document care accurately using electronic devices.
6. Perform assessments and coordinate case management.

Qualifications:

1. Current North Carolina RN license.
2. At least one year of recent clinical experience.
3. Home care experience preferred but not required.
4. Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Strong interpersonal and computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
7. Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
