BAYADA Home Health - Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Position

BAYADA Home Health is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team! This office services our adult and geriatric clients across Chester, York, and Lancaster counties.

We are currently hiring for a weekend visits/admissions position. Home Health or Hospice experience is preferred and required.

This position offers flexibility with options for a long weekend (Sat, Sun, Mon) or per diem scheduling.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

1. Follow a care plan tailored to patient needs.
2. Make home visits within designated geographic areas.
3. Administer medication, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures.
4. Monitor client conditions and report changes.
5. Follow doctors' orders accurately and document accordingly.
6. Perform client assessments as needed.
7. Manage cases and coordinate care.
8. Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in South Carolina.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
