Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with medical providers and the care team. You will follow established nursing models, advocate for patients and families, and embody our organization’s values to ensure outstanding patient experiences and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
  • Performing procedures, monitoring, and documenting care as ordered.
  • Administering medications, monitoring responses, and acting on unintended effects.
  • Responding promptly to patient requests and anticipating needs.
  • Educating patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care, translating complex information as needed.

Qualifications required:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of employment.
  • RN license.
  • Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
