The University of Maryland Shore Regional Health is seeking nurse graduates with a desire to join our premier multidisciplinary team. Our new graduate nurses receive an accredited 12-month Nurse Residency Program designed to prepare you for success beyond your first year as a nurse, building on your undergraduate knowledge and skills, along with a unit-based individualized orientation.
