Position: Full-time - Nights (7pm-7am)

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, high-quality, safe patient care as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Practice in a clinical environment supported by Nurse Managers and the WellStar Shared Governance Model.
• Follow the WellStar Professional Practice Model, 5-Star Nursing standards, and evidence-based practices.
• Hold a valid nursing license as per Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, adhering to the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics from the American Nurses Association.
• Uphold the voice of the patient, system policies, and service excellence goals as a member of the patient services team.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.

Minimum Licensure/Certification

• Current RN license in Georgia or practice privileges under the eNLC.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

• National certification in a specialty area (preferred).

Minimum Experience

• Experience in direct patient care.
