Registered Nurse (RN) - $5k Sign On Bonus

About the Role

We are hiring for full-time and PRN Registered Nurses in Houston, TX. Become part of a team committed to excellent patient care, mutual respect, and a supportive back-office environment that ensures your success.

Qualifications
  • RN license in Texas
  • At least 2 years of full-time experience in oncology, acute care, long-term care, hospice, or home health care. Hospice experience as an LPN may substitute for RN experience.
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Knowledge of EMR systems
  • Previous home health or hospice experience preferred
  • Compassionate with good time management skills
Job Responsibilities
  • Initial and ongoing patient assessments
  • Developing and implementing the Hospice Plan of Care
  • Educating patients and families about care plans and medication management
  • Acting as the primary liaison between physicians, patients, families, and the hospice team
  • Maintaining accurate medical records
  • Routine supervisory visits and participation in on-call schedules
  • Adherence to policies, laws, and regulations
