Nurses on 4C care for acutely ill adults and their families, that present with a wide variety of diagnoses. This is a great place to become an expert generalist and gain exposure to many disease processes. We strive to provide safe, quality care, while ensuring patients have an overall positive experience while in the hospital. In FY 21' 4C was recognized for being CLABSI and CAUTI Free. 4C is also a NICHE unit, which stands for Nurses Improving Care for Health system Elders. This 32-bed unit is a great place to become an expert Med/Surg nurse and be exposed to a variety of surgical nursing skills. The staff and nurses on 4C are highly skilled, motivated, and committed to excellence.

We strive to provide safe, quality care by maintaining a patient-centered approach and leveraging multi-disciplinary collaboration. 4C is also a NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Health system Elders) unit specializing in caring for geriatric surgical patients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team.

Hiring Range

USD $41.38 - USD $70.34 /Hr.
