Your Role As a Registered Nurse

You will be the clinical cornerstone for our patients, providing expert care and leadership in their homes. Assess, plan, and manage patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team committed to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments based on patient needs and provider instructions
• Develop and update care plans reflecting evolving conditions
• Deliver skilled nursing interventions within your scope and as per physician directives
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation according to regulations
• Lead case conferences to promote team collaboration
• Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families
• Advocate for patient dignity, preferences, and well-being

What You'll Need

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN)
• Active RN license in MA
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• 1+ year of recent experience in acute care, home health, outpatient, or community health
• Up-to-date health certificate & TB test
• Understanding of HIPAA and commitment to confidentiality
• Fluent in English
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation

• $45/visit
• $40/medication administration
• $100/admission visit
