Your Role as a Registered Nurse

You will serve as the clinical cornerstone for our patients, providing expert care and leadership in their homes. Your responsibilities include assessing, planning, and managing patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team committed to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments based on individual patient needs and provider instructions.
• Develop and update care plans reflecting evolving conditions and goals.
• Deliver skilled nursing interventions within your scope of practice and according to physician directives.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation following all regulations.
• Lead case conferences to promote collaboration among caregivers and clinicians.
• Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families about condition management and treatment plans.
• Advocate for patient dignity, preferences, and well-being throughout the care process.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN).
• Active RN license in MA.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of experience in acute care, home health, outpatient, or community health within the last 2 years.
• Up-to-date health certificate and TB test.
• Understanding of HIPAA and commitment to confidentiality.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits

• $45 per visit.
• $40 per medication administration.
• $100 per admission visit.
