Job summary

Palmetto General Hospital in Florida is seeking a registered nurse for the Telemetry Unit to deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

The nurse will communicate with physicians about changes in the patient’s condition, respond quickly to clinical changes, and participate in CQI activities. GED nursing candidates with telemetry course/experience and Florida RN licensure will be considered.

Qualifications

• One (1) year acute care experience preferred.
• Telemetry course/experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Graduate from an approved nursing educational program as defined by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN)

Position Qualification:
