Job summary

Poplar Hill Health and Rehab in Warrenton, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time or part-time 11 PM to 7 AM shift. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and support care planning with the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, documenting outcomes, and collaborating with physicians and families to ensure safety and quality of life. Virginia RN license required, compact state accepted.
