Job summary

Green Acres Nursing and Rehab is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) for flexible scheduling at our La Plata, MD facility. Earn up to $42/hr with sign-on bonuses and shift differentials, plus benefits and referral incentives.

We offer day, evening, and overnight shifts, part-time and full-time options, and a supportive team focused on high-quality, compassionate care for our residents.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland or a compact state.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring resident health and documenting vital signs, symptoms, and care outcomes.
• Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Supporting residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Collaborating with CNAs, fellow RNs, LPNs, physicians, and family members.
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment.
• Participating in shift reports and care plan updates.

Compensation and Incentives

• $39–$42 per hour (based on experience)

• FT Sign-on bonuses $5000

• Additional $1.50/hr for waiving benefits
