Nora Springs Care Center is seeking nurses to join our friendly, caring and supportive team in a skilled nursing setting. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with competitive wages and shift differentials.

As a staff nurse you will supervise clinical staff on your unit, ensure infection prevention practices, and help maintain a high standard of care for our residents. Iowa RN license required; previous SNF experience preferred.

Competenze

• Unencumbered RN license in Iowa or compact state.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.

Mansioni

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Nora Springs Care Center by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
