Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required.
• RN licensure is required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• TEAM ADVANCED certification must be completed within the stated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing assessments, intervenes promptly, and participates in care planning.
• Regularly assesses needs and provides skilled nursing services per physician plans.
• Processes orders accurately and follows up on medication changes and clarifications.
• Evaluates treatment effectiveness and updates the plan as needed.
• Collaborates with team to update the treatment plan using current information.
