Shifts Available

• Days: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Nights: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Candidates must be willing to work every other weekend.

Pay, Benefits, and Perks

• $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates

Essential Functions

• Assist in all aspects of nursing with motivation and professionalism
• Provide services exceeding standards
• Develop and lead individualized care plans
• Assess and document residents' conditions
• Implement physicians’ orders accurately and promptly
• Assign care duties to team members appropriately
• Administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments
• Document treatments and ensure supplies and equipment are maintained properly
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Valid RN license in Missouri
• Valid CPR certification
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
• Decisiveness in emergencies and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of clinical staff training techniques
