Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to assist practitioners with patient care, physical examinations and ancillary tests, within the PACT Team.
You will collaborate with VA, family/caregivers, and community-based services to develop patient care plans and support veterans' health goals. Requirements include an Associate Degree in Nursing, 2–3 years of ambulatory/primary care experience, current BLS and ACLS credentials, a valid RN license, and strong English communication.

This position is CONTINGENT upon contract award, client approval, completion of a favorable background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / High Risk clearance.

You will use the nursing process and evidenced based practice to collaborate with the core PACT Team (Primary Care Provider, LPN/LVN and Medical Assistant) and expanded PACT Team, including family/ caregiver, VA, and community-based services involved in developing the patient care plan.
For ADN/BSN programs the two accepted accreditation agencies are:
Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)
Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
Final compensation will be based on relevant factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
