Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team in the United States. You will perform nursing assessments, develop care plans with the team, and coordinate with patients and families to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Responsibilities

You will provide care for a variety of patients/residents with an array of complex diagnoses leading to enhanced knowledge and skills in many different areas.
