Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions and side effects.
• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patients’ condition.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Modify treatment plans as indicated by patient responses.
• Prepare patients for examinations or treatments.
• Prepare rooms and supplies and ensure stock is maintained.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests as needed.
• Comply with state requirements and facility policies; perform additional duties as assigned.
