Job summary

Complete Care at Wall seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team on site, providing skilled nursing care and ensuring residents’ well-being. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, adherence to care plans, and collaboration with physicians and staff in a supportive environment.

We offer flexible Full-time and Part-time shifts (7-3p or 11-7a) with a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants, ongoing training, and opportunities for professional development within a community-focused

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Experience in long-term care is a plus but not required
• Ability to administer medications and follow care plans
• Strong team collaboration and communication with healthcare staff

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, perform treatments, and follow physicians’ orders per resident care plans
• Monitor residents’ health, document changes, and communicate updates to the healthcare team
• Deliver compassionate nursing care while ensuring residents’ well-being
• Work with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations at local, state, and federal levels
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Nursing leadership
