Job summary

Avantara Pierre is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our caring team. We offer full-time and part-time hours with 12-hour day/night shifts, every other weekend and every other holiday. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time nurses.

You must hold an unencumbered South Dakota RN license. You will provide medications and nursing care per care plan, conduct resident assessments, lead a care team, and advocate for residents to ensure safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered State of South Dakota RN license.
• Ability to lead a nursing team and coordinate resident care.
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety.

We have full-time or part-time hours available; shifts are 12 hours days/nights; every other weekend and every other holiday required. We offer flexible scheduling! Wage range is $36 to $41.25 and determined based upon experience.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

At a minimum, an unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse, RN license. As a Registered Nurse, RN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Pierre by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
